Executive Chef

Barbara learned the love of baking with her grandmother at the young age of 5 and began working in a bakery at the age of 15. After marrying Vassili, they travelled to Greece where Barbara was introduced to the family’s recipes. She has been mastering them ever since. You will always find Barbara busy making those special traditional Greek dishes and mouthwatering desserts with endless love. Sometimes her daughter, Maria, is by her side or making the creations herself.
